Parking Lot Resurfacing Project PJC will begin a parking lot improvement project for the lots located at entrance “G” and “E” on Monday, June 15 at 8:00 am. This project will take approximately half a day to complete. It will consist of cleaning, seal coating, and re-striping both parking lots.
No cars will be allowed to park at either of these lots until the project is completed. We currently expect that the crews will finish on or after 1:00 pm.
If you anticipate departing from Preferred anytime between now and Sunday, and expect to be gone through Monday morning, please let our staff know. We will ask that you valet your vehicle with us so that we can move the cars in advance of the project starting. If you come to Preferred that morning for a flight, we will have alternative parking arrangements in place. Additionally, entrance “F” will be used if access to the ramp is required. You will need to contact our front desk to have someone get you through the gate. I have attached an aerial showing the two lots where the project will take place and the alternative parking lot.
This project is weather pending. If the project is canceled or rescheduled the lots will remain open. Further notice will be provided in this instance once a new date is scheduled.
